Application for Enrollment
Application must be on file prior to children attending . A non-refundable registration fee of $50 is due at time of enrollment. Applications should be updated as necessary to remain current or annually as needed. You may print out the application ahead of time and fill it out to bring to your interview, or you may fill one out while attending your interview.
Attached you will also find our Welcome Letter, which includes all the information you need before your first day.

Acceptance /Withdrawal / Sickness
Earthshine Early Childhood Enrichment Center reserves the right to withdrawal or reject a child and their application from our center, as we deem necessary for the safety and well being of the community of children and families attending. We reserve the right to ask children who are not able to participate in ALL daily activities, including playing and interacting with others in a non-aggressive manner, to leave for that day. We require children to be fever and symptom free for 24 hours WITHOUT medication before attending activities at Earthshine.
